Alexia Graduated from European School of Osteopathy in 2007.
She has been working for years in the field of paediatric Osteopathy, suitable for children at all stages of development. She is also very experienced in maternity, from journey to get pregnant to relieving the stresses and strains on the body during pregnancy and after your recovery after birth.
Alexia has extensive knowledge and experience in Sports injury. She was the team osteopath for Team GB Handball Senior Men’s and Women’s teams from 2010 to 2013 and at the London Olympic Games and is still now helping many amateurs and professional athletes.
She graduated from the European School of Osteopathy. She enjoys treating people of all ages including babies and children. She treats with a variety of techniques ranging from more structural techniques for example joint manipulation. But also uses cranial osteopathy which is a less invasive and more gentle technique on the body. She adapts these techniques to fit each patients needs.
Valerie examines every aspect of a patient’s presenting complaint. This is to treat everything to unsure that a similar episode does not reappear.
In addition, she gives stretch, strengthening and rehabilitation exercises when deemed appropriate.
